Guardian Title’s Marketing Department will put together a list based on the parameters you select. (Information provided is accessed through County records in MetroScan.) This information can help you target homeowners who are in a good position to REFINANCE or who may be READY TO SELL!

Choose a neighborhood, and we can run a report on homeowners in the area, with information including:

• Loan Type

• Interest Type

• Transfer Date

• Sales Price

• Loan Amount

• % of Equity

The parameters you can select are:

• Site Street, City, or Zip Code

• Interest Rate Type (Adjustable, Fixed, Graduated, Variable)

• Loan Type (Conventional, FHA, VA)

• Loan Amount

• Sales Price

• Transfer Date

We will send you a list or labels. We can even send you your list on disk.

Our Marketing Staff will work with you to create Marketing Materials such as postcards or tri-fold brochures that you can utilize to market to your selected area.
