FinCEN has new rules for all-cash home purchases.
The anti-money laundering rule is scheduled to go into effect later this year.
Guardian Title will collect and report data when residential real estate is purchased by a legal entity or trust.
We will keep you posted on changes that may occur on escrow closing once the rule is in place.
